Story: At the end of February 2008, Nancy assisted on a transport of 9 puppies from Ohio. The owner died in the home. The puppies were found in the basement and estimated to be about 2 to 3 months old. The puppies were taken to the local shelter. At the shelter, it was discovered that they were low-content wolfdogs (Shepherd, Malamute, and Akita with wolf in there somewhere). Another rescue had committed to taking the puppies, but a death in her immediate family resulted in Full Moon Farm stepping in.
